4 Years

June 19th, 2009 = 4 years married. Kara and I went to the Buckeye tonight. Scarlett and Jessica watched Spice World. Puff snoozed.

Double Pony

Finn can now pull off the double pony.

Solvang

We stayed the night in Solvang because we didn't want to drive the whole way home. No aebleskivers. Finn had never stayed in a hotel before so when we checked in at 9:45pm, she was going bonkers and running in place. She may have made a few calls to the front desk as well.

D-don

We visited Scarlett's little baby cousin Dion. Finn pronounced it "D-don".

Grammy Reese

Finn met her great Grammy, Maurice. We visited her and my Uncle and Aunt and my little cousin, Landon, in Jamul, CA. They made the girls mac and cheese and Landon has some serious train sets.

SD Zoo

We went to the San Diego Zoo. If you go in the middle of the day, apparently all the animals are taking a nap.

Band-aids and Grapes

We did a lot of swimming down at Nana's summertime compound. Without fail, if there's one thing you can count on seeing at the bottom of a public pool, it's band-aids and grapes. Vomitous.

Special Party Part 1

Mark got married (a "special party") to Becky on June 13th and Scarlett and Finn were in the wedding. Scarlett was a junior bridesmaid and Puff was a flower girl. Scarlett made her own dress! Finn even made it all the way down the aisle without shouting "no mine". Kara's brother Matt danced so hard that he got his baby sweaty. The reception was at an outdoor cafe in Fullerton. Finn's stunt double cousin, Lucy, is in a few photos below. It was a fun time.
